As a smaller office, technical support is a challenge, but Josh has been extremely responsive to working with the office staff to resolve issues in a timely manner. At times, we have set up appointments, but many times he has been able to remotely work on the issues, limiting office disruption time.

Josh is also very helpful in providing suggestions when purchasing equipment. The combination of his expertise and the knowledge of our business, helps staff decide on the right computers that offer the greatest benefits, as well as to stay within our budget. I so appreciate your help with getting my DSL and network working properly, and especially for accompanying me through my recent OS upgrade. This has always in the past been a real trial and caused me to lose weeks of work time while I reinstalled 25 programs and preferences and found lost registration numbers and got all the data back in the right place. You made it very easy by moving my current hard drive to my back-up computer, and helping me get a new hard drive at a great price, so I could still work as usual on one computer while getting the other up to speed.

I am impressed with the extent of your hardware and software knowledge, which makes it easy for you to come up with good solutions to complicated problems. And your determination not to leave me with unsolved computer problems if you could do anything to solve them made this into a much easier process.
